The postholder will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager to manage a team and working directly with those impacted by Mother and Baby Institutions, Magdalene Laundries and Workhouses (MBMLW) in a pro-active and innovative way within the statutory, community and voluntary sectors. This work will be underpinned by WAVE''s protocols, policies and procedures. Salary: £36,363 per annum Location: 1 post will be based in Belfast 1 post will be based in either Armagh, Belfast, Derry/Londonderry, or Omagh Hours of Work: 37.5hrs per week Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am 4.30pm 1 day work from home Some unsocial hours will be required dependent on centre/organisational activities WAVE is committed to the support, training and development of its staff and volunteer team.
