Business Analyst- Azure Cloud Migration Duration: 3 monthsLocation: Hybrid- 1 day per week in Central London or ChesterfieldStart date: ASAP We are hiring a Business Analyst with experience supporting cloud/technical platform migrations, with the key focus being a migration to Azure. The key requirement is someone who understands the BA role within a technical/cloud migration and can translate business and technical needs into clear, traceable requirements.Further Responsibilities include: Produce artefacts in line with the Change Excellence Framework, aligned to the Business Analyst role across the SuccessFactors Update Project, End of Service Life Back Office Programme, and Back Office Prove Phase. Responsibilities include analysing and documenting business needs, eliciting and managing requirements, and ensuring requirements are clearly defined, fully traceable, and aligned to project objectives and business outcomes.Drive Alignment Across Stakeholders within People Services - Facilitate workshops, manage expectations, and maintain strong communication to ensure all parties have a shared understanding of scope, priorities and outcomes.Produce high-quality meeting notes that clearly capture discussions, decisions and next steps, and schedule meetings as needed to keep the project progressing and support the project manager.
