Lead Business Analyst - Microsoft 365 Transformation Salary: £50,000 £60,000 Remote - UK Only Are you an experienced Business Analyst who has supported Microsoft 365 migrations or modern workplace transformation projects? Can you engage with business users to understand how they actually use their technology, including the processes and dependencies that may not be documented? Are you confident leading discovery, challenging assumptions and turning complex information into clear requirements? We are recruiting for a growing technology consultancy delivering Microsoft, cloud, infrastructure and cybersecurity services. They are looking for a hands-on Lead Business Analyst to lead business discovery and requirements gathering in preparation for an anticipated major Microsoft technology migration. The initial priority will be to understand how the business operates today. You will investigate how different teams use their applications, collaborate, manage documents and share information. This will include identifying business-critical processes, manual workarounds, application dependencies and access requirements that need to be understood before migration planning progresses. You will work closely with client stakeholders, project managers, architects, consultants and engineers.
