We’re looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join a growing change function within a leading financial services organisation. This is a hands-on management role where you will shape the BA practice from the ground up and develop a team of Business Analysts.This is a management role and you will need to have experience of developing, coaching a team of Business Analysts.Responsibilities
Leading and developing a team of Business Analysts, including early-career BAs who are eager to grow.Establishing structure, frameworks, and best practices for how BAs work within projects.Acting as a resource manager for the BA pool — supporting development needs and ensuring project feedback improves capability.Being the first BA on new projects, working closely with Executives and Business Owners, bringing confidence, presence, and influence.Rolling up your sleeves and staying hands-on with analysis where needed.What we’re looking for
Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst, ideally with line management or mentoring experience with other BAs.Strong stakeholder engagement skills — comfortable working with senior leaders and business owners.Experience establishing or improving BA frameworks, methodologies, or practices.Confidence, presence, and the ability to influence decisions and outcomes.A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.Seniority level
