The Lead Business Analyst will join an innovative, fast-paced IT team, taking responsibility for leading, coaching and mentoring a team of high-performing IT Business Analysts. Reporting to the Senior IT Programme Manager, you will liaise closely with the Programme Manager, Project Managers, Business Relationship Managers and key business stakeholders to lead requirements definition, identify projects, and ensure that deliverables meet business and quality requirements. You will analyse and document IT and/or business requirements, working alongside IT Solutions Architects to scope requirements on a range of projects from large programmes of work to critical small changes. Working in a largely outsourced environment, you would also help manage any external tender selection processes for new technologies.
