      <description>Location: Reading | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Contract | Lead Business Analyst    Reading    6-Month Contract    Paying up to -108p/h (Inside IR35)       Please note - Due to the nature of the work, you will need to hold a High level of UK security clearance    Key Responsibilities    Establish and lead a new Business Analysis team, setting standards and best practice.  Define and manage requirements across multiple digital workstreams.  Work closely with senior stakeholders (including CxOs) to shape product vision and priorities.  Oversee supplier outputs and ensure alignment with business and architectural needs.  Support delivery across ERP (SAP S/4HANA), HR systems and Microsoft tools.  Drive Agile requirements processes, ensuring high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.       Essential Skills &amp; Experience    Proven leadership of BA teams on digital transformation programmes.  Hold Active SC Clearance and strong Aerospace/Defence experience.  Experience setting up a BA function from scratch.  Strong Agile background and familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps.  Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
