Lead Benefits, Debt and Housing Caseworker (Food Banks)

We believe that advice relating to benefits, debt and housing can alleviate stress and support better mental health. Your role in this team is to provide advice but also to be the lead advice worker across the Food Bank team - ensuring compliance with the Advice Quality Mark. You will also have the wider Manchester Mind Advice Team to connect with. Within this post, you will play a key role in supporting people who are attending local food banks to access their rights and entitlements. You will be part of an experienced team of advice workers who work collaboratively to share skills and knowledge.
