Lead AV Engineer Location London (Project Sites / Client Locations) Salary £45,000 £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Working Hours Monday Friday, 08 30 40 hours per week (9-hour day including 1-hour lunch) About the Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading global audio-visual integrator delivering high-quality AV and event services across a range of international client partnerships. Our client is seeking an experienced Lead AV Engineer to join their Projects team. This role plays a critical part in overseeing on-site commissioning activities, ensuring all technical works are delivered within project parameters, and providing clear technical direction to site-based teams. The successful candidate will work closely with the Technical Manager, who owns the technical design and provides key project clarity, documentation, and off-site testing support. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and driven Lead AV Engineer to join a well-established organisation, with strong scope to influence technical delivery and enhance project execution at every stage.
