This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on automation specialist who enjoys driving quality, leading technical initiatives, and mentoring engineers while working on complex, business-critical systems.As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing automated testing solutions across a range of applications, ensuring exceptional quality, reliability, and performance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead automation testing activities across functional, system, integration, end-to-end, and security testing.Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using industry-leading tools.Manage and mentor a small team of Test Automation Engineers.Provide technical leadership and champion automation best practices.Analyse test results, identify defects, bottlenecks, and areas for optimisation.Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and product teams to improve test coverage and software quality.Develop and execute performance testing strategies using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including framework enhancement and process optimisation.Support ..... full job details .....
