Leading national AV installation projects from planning through to executionManaging on-site teams and subcontractors to deliver seamless installsConducting detailed site surveys and specifying hardware and cable routesDelivering high-standard first and second fix installationsSupporting with AV programming (lighting/audio), testing, and handoverProviding service support in line with SLAs for key blue-chip clientsWhat We''re Looking For

3+ years'' experience in AV installation - confident on tools and on-siteStrong technical skills across LCD/LED displays, video conferencing, video over IP, matrix systemsFamiliar with control systems (Crestron, Q-SYS, BI-AMP) and networking fundamentalsComfortable leading teams and working in client-facing environmentsFull UK Driving Licence requiredBonus points if you have:CSCS/ECS cardIPAF and PASMA certificationsFirst Aid trainedWhy You\''ll Love This Role
