This is a high-impact role where you will shape next-best-action strategies and elevate personalized marketing across digital channels.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture: Design and implement end-to-end Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) solutions, including Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies, propositions, treatments, and engagement policies.Strategy Implementation: Configure Real Time decisioning, adaptive models, arbitration, and segmentation to optimize customer engagement and maximize ROI.Leadership andamp; Mentoring: Lead, guide, and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to Pega best practices and conducting technical reviews of designs and code.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to translate marketing strategies into scalable technical solutions.Platform Governance: Oversee platform performance, including monitoring, tuning, and data ingestion processes to ensure reliability and scalability.Required Skills andamp; ExperienceCertification: Certified Pega Lead Decisioning Architect (CLDA) preferred; CPDC required.Pega Expertise: hands-on ..... full job details .....
