Our client is a well-established and growing MandE contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality building services projects across the commercial, industrial and domestic sectors.Due to continued growth and an expanding workload, they are looking to appoint an experienced Lead AC (Air Conditioning) Engineer to join their team.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled air conditioning engineer who is ready to take the lead on projects, oversee installations and maintenance, and provide technical support to both customers and engineering teams.The RoleAs a Lead AC Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of a range of air conditioning and HVAC systems. You will also provide technical leadership to engineers on site and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.Key responsibilities will include:Leading air conditioning installation, service and maintenance projects.Installing, commissioning and maintaining a range of AC and HVAC systems.Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs.Supervising and supporting other engineers and subcontractors on site.Reading and working from technical drawings, schematics and specifications.Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive callouts.Ensuring all works are completed to the required technical and quality standards.Liaising with clients and customers in a professional manner.Providing technical advice ..... full job details .....
