LCV/Van Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our Automotive busy fleet workshop Client for a LCV Technician / Van Technician based in the Swansea area.

- Starting salary from £20 per hour. (£42,000 basic wage)
- Access to an annual commitment bonus paying circa £600 as well as a profit share bonus scheme dependent on the company''s annual performance (paid £700 per person in 2024)

- 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, with working hours from 6:30am-6:30pm 

Responsibilities of the LCV/Van Technician:

- General Servicing
- Repair of Vehicle Defects
- MOT preparation and repair work
- Vehicle Inspection
- Completion of associated paperwork
- Diagnostics

Requirements of the LCV/Van Technician:

- Fully Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent as a LCV Technician / Van Technician
- Working experience within a busy LCV Workshop
- Have an up-to-date knowledge of current repair methods
- Driving Licence is Essential.

The salary of this Van Technician position is £42,000 basic with OTE of £43,300.
