LCV Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our growing Dealer Group Client for a LCV Technician / Van Technician based in the Fareham, Hampshire area.

- Clear pathway to progress into HGV Technician level, with pay rising to £21.32 p/h + £2.20 shift allowance (£23.50 effective) as you upskill.

- Ongoing training through both manufacturer programmes and in-house academy sessions.

Responsibilities:

- General Servicing
- Repair of Vehicle Defects
- Support the HGV Technicians by taking on van work to free up their capacity.
- MOT preparation and repair work
- Vehicle Inspection
- Completion of associated paperwork
- Diagnostics

Requirements:

- Fully Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent as a LCV Technician / Van Technician
- Working experience within a busy LCV Workshop
- A strong attention to detail – executing all repairs strongly.
- Have an up-to-date knowledge of current repair methods
- Driving Licence is Essential.

The salary of this Van Technician position is £48,900 basic with OTE of £55,000.
