In this role, you will embody both technical expertise and commercial acumen, working closely with colleagues across sales, service, and marketing to deliver tailored analytical solutions that meet customer needs. The successful candidate will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through technical demonstrations, strategic planning, and ongoing support. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Your duties as the LCMS/MALDI Technical Sales Specialist will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows: Drive the growth and sales of the company''s mass spectrometry instruments, including LC-MS/MS, HRMS, and MALDI solutions, achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Provide technical expertise during pre-sales discussions, evaluating customer requirements, proposing suitable solutions, and managing the sales process from lead qualification to closure.
