With a extensive global network of officesTraining and development opportunitiesAttractive salary ranging from £28K -£32K, DOEMonday - Friday working pattern, 09:00-17:15hrsDuties and Responsibilities of the LCL Export Operator:Manage export LCL process start to finish via in house systemBook containers with carriers and apply for hazardous approval to ensure the most efficient and profitable loadingsLiaise with UK warehouses to book container loadingIssue loading manifests to warehousesIssue Bill of Lading Instructions to carriers prior to documentation cutCheck Master Bill of Lading when received from carrier and highlight any errors or approving.Send pre-alerts to overseas agents/offices within 48 hours of sailingEnsure cost estimates are entered on all jobs within the correct accounting monthAmeta profit sharing if applicableEnsure all operational issues are clearly documented in writing, keeping Export Manger in copy of all correspondence as requiredResolve customer invoice queries and dispute any supplier invoices that are not correctClose files after checking everything has been charged/costed and maximum profitability is achievedAnswer ..... full job details .....
