This is an exciting opportunity to provide independent leadership and ensure that the perspectives of patients, the public and lay representatives are embedded across the College''s work. The Chair will lead the Lay Advisory Group, champion meaningful public involvement, and work closely with RCEM''s leadership to help shape the College''s strategic priorities and activities. We are looking for an individual with strong leadership, communication and governance skills, and a passion for improving healthcare through effective patient and public engagement. Experience of serving on boards, committees, voluntary organisations, patient advocacy groups, or in governance-related roles would be advantageous.
