Lawyer / Senior Lawyer Housing and Civil Litigation Team Ref 013212

OverviewTo support the development of HB Public Law jointly with the other Principal Lawyers and Assistant Principal Lawyers. Specifically this will include:

Responsibilities

To advise on matters arising in all areas of Housing and Civil Litigation matters, covering multiple clients, including local authorities casework which includes complex corporate projects.

To advise on high profile matters, including advising elected members at council meetings in a proactive and politically sensitive manner.

To act as a senior liaison point for clients and to line manage, provide professional support, supervision and development for more junior colleagues in the Housing and Civil Litigation team.

To support the Principal Lawyer in the running, development and performance of the team, including deputising in the Principal Lawyers absence.
