Lawyer Tunbridge Wells £48K - £58K per annum Our client is seeking an experienced Lawyer to join their Tunbridge Wells office. You will provide high-quality legal advice and support to clients across a range of residential property transactions. You will be responsible for managing matters from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring transactions are handled efficiently, accurately and in accordance with relevant property laws and regulations. You will: Manage all aspects of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion Draft and review contracts and associated documentation Ensure transactions comply with relevant property legislation and regulatory requirements Manage the conveyancing process from initial instruction to completion Conduct and support negotiations between relevant parties Prepare transfer documentation and coordinate the exchange and completion of contracts Liaise with mortgage lenders and other parties involved in transactions as required Provide clear and practical legal advice on residential property matters, including leases and property disputes where appropriate Ensure clients'' interests are protected throughout the transaction Draft, review and negotiate legal documents relating to property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable legal standards Keep up to date with developments in property law and conveyancing practice Ensure transactions comply with current legislation and ..... full job details .....
