Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support on commercial property matters. This includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and representing the client in legal proceedings. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in property law.
Person Specifications

• Must be a qualified legal executive, solicitor, or barrister with a solid understanding of commercial property law.

• Possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

• Strong analytical skills to assess legal risks and provide strategic advice.

• Experience working in a public sector environment is desirable.
