Our client, a dynamic organisation committed to driving economic growth across the East Midlands, is seeking two talented Lawyers specialising in Commercial, Contracts, and Procurement. This opportunity is offered on a Fixed-Term Contract until March 31, 2027, with one position full-time and another requiring a commitment of three days a week.

The Role:

As a vital member of the Legal, Governance, and Compliance team, you will play a key role in supporting the clients'' expanding portfolio. The role focuses on providing comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of matters, particularly contracts and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse and varied caseload of legal matters and enquiries.
• Provide expert legal advice on contracts, procurement, and commercial issues.
• Draught, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with precision.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and case files within case management systems.
• Deliver a responsive, customer-focused service to internal stakeholders.
• Work independently while fostering collaboration with colleagues.
• Ensure transparency and openness in managing and progressing legal work.

• Strong experience in handling contracts and procurement-related legal work.
• Comfort in managing a busy and varied caseload effectively.
