The role will focus on formulation development, optimisation, scale-up and technology transfer, ensuring products are robust, commercially viable and ready for manufacture. You will work closely with R&D, Operations, Quality and Regulatory teams, while providing technical leadership and developing the formulation team. Key responsibilities include: Lead late-stage formulation and process development projects. Drive scale-up, technology transfer, stability and product characterisation activities. Apply QbD, risk assessment and process optimisation principles. Support regulatory submissions and technical documentation. Lead, coach and develop scientific staff. Ensure GMP, quality, health & safety and SOP requirements are maintained. The ideal candidate will have: A postgraduate qualification in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy or a related field. 5+ years'' experience in pharmaceutical formulation development and scale-up.
