Late Shift Transport Planner - starting at £29,500 - £30,562 after a successful probation period Tonbridge Permanent Full-time or Part-time Full-time: Monday Friday, 5:30pm 1:30am Part-time: Monday Friday, 5:30pm 9:30pm Are you organised, calm under pressure and good at keeping things moving when plans change? PVC Building Supplies Ltd is looking for a Late Shift Transport Planner to join its busy Operations team in Tonbridge. You ll help plan and adjust delivery routes, support drivers and make sure the late shift runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. The role Using MaxOptra route-planning software, you ll organise and optimise delivery routes throughout the shift, responding quickly to delays, changes and operational issues. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and adjusting delivery routes Coordinating with drivers and dispatch teams Resolving route issues and minimising disruption Keeping routing information and records accurate Monitoring route performance and identifying improvements Communicating changes clearly to drivers and colleagues Supporting wider transport and delivery operations Assisting with picking, packing and loading vans when required The person You ll need to be: Highly organised with good planning and time-management skills Accurate and detail focused Confident making decisions and solving problems A clear and professional communicator Comfortable using IT systems, including Microsoft Office Able to learn new software quickly ..... full job details .....
