This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with strong laser cutting experience and proven leadership skills to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a busy laser department. This role combines shop floor leadership with technical expertise, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
