You will produce high-quality components to drawing specifications, and contribute to a safe, efficient workshop environment.This role can be offered on a day, late or night shift and the company has flexibility to adjust start and finish times to suit. Key responsibilities- Set up, program and operate Amada Laser Punch equipment for production runs- Interpret engineering drawings, nesting plans and work orders accurately- Load tooling, fixtures and materials; adjust machine parameters for material type and thickness- Monitor production for quality; perform in-process inspections and final checks- Carry out basic preventative maintenance and routine cleaning of machines- Report faults and work with maintenance to resolve issues quickly to minimise downtime- Maintain accurate production records, timesheets and material usage logs- Follow health and safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Required skills and experience- Proven experience operating Amada Laser Punch machines- Strong understanding of sheet met...
