We are seeking an experienced Laser Operator to join a busy and growing fabrication company. The successful candidate will operate laser cutting machines to prepare metal components for production, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities of a Laser Operator:

Operate laser cutting machines safely and efficiently.

Set up machinery, adjust parameters, and maintain production flow.

Conduct quality inspections of cut components to ensure precision and compliance with specifications.

Assist with troubleshooting minor machine faults and report issues promptly.

Collaborate with the fabrication team to meet production targets and deadlines.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Requirements of a Laser Operator:

Previous experience operating laser machines in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.

Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Competent in using measuring equipment and performing inspections.

Flexible, reliable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Hours of Work
Monday - Friday
7.30am - 4pm - flexibiility may be required during busy periods
