Are you a CNC Laser Operator, looking to join a growing manufacturing business in Cheshire? Starting on days and moving to and/or Mornings and Afternoons working Monday to Friday (early finish Friday)
Hourly Rate Range: -15-18per hour depending on shift / experience

What You''ll Be Doing:
* Set up and operate Trumpf CNC laser cutting machines.
* Work from engineering drawings, CAD files, and job sheets to produce accurate parts.
* Select the right materials and cutting parameters for each job.
* Carry out routine maintenance and help troubleshoot minor machine issues.
* Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
* Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
* Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
* Work closely with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
* Take part in continuous improvement and help maintain a clean, organised workspace.

Suitable Candidate:
* Proven experience operating Trumpf CNC laser machines.
* Good understanding of laser cutting processes and steel materials.
* Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD layouts.
* Experience with Trumpf software is a big plus.
* Strong attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach.
* Basic mechanical skills for day-to-day maintenance.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
