This is a permanent role offering training, development, and long-term career prospects within a business that continues to invest in its people and operations.Responsibilities:Operate high-precision laser machinery (100% machine operation ideally Trumpf)Maintain production efficiency during standard hours (Monday to Friday, 6:30 am 3:00 pm)Ensure machine safety and maintenance standards are upheldCollaborate with other production operatives and team leads to meet targetsOpportunity for overtime where availableSupport with loading/unloading using FLT and overhead crane (training provided)Requirements:Must-Haves: Previous experience operating laser machineryAbility to work early shifts (6:30 am starts)Strong attention to detail and focus on quality outputValid driving licence (due to start time and location) Ideally, You ll Also Have: Experience using Trumpf laser machinesFLT and/or overhead crane certification (or willingness to be trained)Previous background in a manufacturing or engineering ..... full job details .....
