Roles and ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning and Delivery Ensure laser output supports overall on-time delivery performanceIdentify capacity constraints and escalate risks earlyEnsure laser operations do not become a bottleneck to downstream processes Laser Operations and Utilisation Maximise machine utilisation and uptime across all laser cutting equipmentMaintain high standards of cut quality, tolerances, and finishReduce scrap and rework through strong process controlEnsure first-off checks and in-process inspections are carried out correctly Material and Stock Control Manage material grades, thicknesses and traceabilityImprove sheet utilisation and nesting efficiencyManage remnant stock to maximise reuse and reduce waste Maintenance and Equipment ..... full job details .....
