The client manufactures various components for a range of industries, using processes such as laser marking.This role requires the successful candidate to set, operate and maintain laser marking equipment to produce high-quality components to customer specifications. The role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to work from drawings and instructions, with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.Duties of a Laser Marking OperatorSet and Operator a laser marking machineProducing accurate and permanent marks such as serial number/codes on a variety of products.Load parts/components Perform quality checksInspect finish partsComputer literateEnsure paperwork is kept up to dateReport machine faultsFull training providedThe ideal candidate will have a background in Engineering, the ability to read technical drawings and can demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
