Laser Cutting Team Leader

Are you a Team Leader with previous experience of setting and operating CNC Laser Machines? I am working with a client in Sandbach who are recruiting x2 Team Leaders to run the Laser department on either a mornings or afternoons shift. As a Team Leader you must have proven experience on Laser machines as well as the ability to motivate, lead and support a small team in a fast paced environment. This is a weekly paid permanent position Hours and salary: Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm (shorter day on a Friday) 38,000 - 43,000OrMonday to Friday, 2pm - 10pm (shorter day on a Friday) 42,500 - 47,800 The Role: Mentoring, managing, leading and supporting a small team of Laser Operators whilst still being hands on setting and operating CNC Laser machines.
