This is a customer-facing engineering role where your CNC machine tool knowledge will be essential in understanding customer requirements, producing technical proposals and delivering commercially successful solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop laser solutions, quotations and proposals based on customer requirements for high-precision aerospace and industrial components. Act as the technical interface between customers, sales and engineering throughout the project lifecycle. Provide laser application support, technical presentations and laser demonstrations on multi-process manufacturing systems. Work closely with design and manufacturing teams to ensure solutions are practical, cost-effective and deliverable, using 3D CAD e.g. Inventor. Support machine acceptance activities, including international travel for customer training and commissioning support.
