Large Format Production Coordinator Reporting to: Head of Print Production Surbiton, SurreySalary negoiable and dependnt on large format print experience My client is a market leader specialising in Creative and Technical Design, Artworking, Digital Content, Printing, Experiential Brand Activation, and Sustainable Production.SCOPE OF THE ROLE: My client is a fast paced, and often highly pressured, production house working within one of the most demanding and rewarding creative industries in the world. Production Coordinators play a pivotal role; bridging the Project Team and Production Departments and offering experienced advice on appropriate production methods, governed by brand identities.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: TEAM LIAISON Working closely with Project Team to plan and drive project timelines. Advising on suitable materials and production techniques for relevant works, in particular considering sustainability, brand nuances and budgets. Collaborating closely with the Project Team to ensure Works Orders are accurate and appropriate. Initiating and playing an active role in preliminary project and production kick off meetings with relevant individuals and departments. Initiating wrap up meetings with relevant individuals and departments. Being a standard bearer for the production management team, and the print factory as a whole.
