Contract: Full time, starting October 2025

Salary: andpound;168.80 - andpound;232.57 per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons in French and Spanish across KS3 and KS4
• Create a classroom culture that celebrates linguistic diversity and encourages student participation
• Develop engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and inspire curiosity
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
• Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and language clubs
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding standards at all times

Qualifications andamp; Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Degree in Modern Foreign Languages, French, Spanish, or a related field
• Proven experience teaching French and/or Spanish in a UK secondary school setting
• Strong classroom management skills and a passion for inclusive education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of the UK curriculum and assessment frameworks
• A sense of humour and a genuine love for languagesandmdash;because learning should be fun!
