Position Overview They are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Landscaping Team Leader to lead field crews in delivering outstanding landscaping projects and grounds maintenance services. This role is ideal for a skilled landscaping professional who enjoys leading by example, managing teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate landscaping crews on a daily basis. Plan and coordinate landscaping projects to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget. Carry out and oversee soft and hard landscaping works, including planting, turfing, paving, fencing, decking, and garden construction. Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations. Conduct site inspections and maintain a safe, organised, and productive work environment. Operate and maintain landscaping tools, machinery, and equipment. Allocate tasks effectively and monitor team performance.
