Landscape Site Manager

BCS require a Site Manager for a landscape construction-contractor on a prestigious contract in the Uxbridge area.

Main duties:

• Consulting with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences
• Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project
• Managing the procurement of materials and equipment
• Inspecting the work of landscape labourers and other staff to ensure quality and adherence to plans
• Monitoring the project timeline and budget, making adjustments as necessary
• Addressing any issues or problems that arise during the project
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards
• Maintaining records of project activities, including costs, schedules, and progress reports
• Providing post-project support, such as landscape maintenance and troubleshooting

Must haves:

• Previous Landscaping experience
• CSCS Black card
• SMSTS
• First aid
• Previous Site Manager experience

You will be directly employed-CIS self employed by Barrett Contract Services Ltd with no umbrella companies involved.
