Landscape Project Manager and Estimator Location: South West LondonSalary: £47,000 - £53,000 per annumThe Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Landscape Project Manager and Estimator to join an established landscaping contractor based in South West London.Our client specialises in delivering high-quality hard landscaping projects for private residential clients and landscape designers. They are seeking a technically competent and commercially minded professional who can accurately estimate projects and oversee them through to successful completion.Working on projects ranging from £30,000 to £300,000, you will be responsible for preparing detailed quotations, managing project delivery, coordinating site operations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong hands-on landscaping experience who has progressed into project management and estimating.Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed quotations and estimates from landscape drawings and specifications using Excel.Price labour, materials, plant, and subcontractor costs accurately.Carry out site surveys where required.Manage hard landscaping projects valued between £30,000 and £300,000.Set out complex hard landscaping projects.Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.Liaise confidently with private clients, landscape architects, and designers.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within agreed ..... full job details .....
