Landscape Operative

We''re looking for a hardworking and reliable Landscape Operative to join a small, supportive team working across a range of outdoor landscaping projects.

The Role

You''ll be involved in both soft and hard landscaping work, helping to transform and maintain outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing ground and work areas for landscaping
• Planting trees and shrubs in line with site plans
• Carrying out turfing and grass seeding
• Creating and maintaining wildflower areas
• Assisting with a variety of landscaping projects
• Working as part of a team to complete projects safely, on time and to a high standard
• Following company health and safety procedures

What We''re Looking For

Previous landscaping or relevant outdoor experience would be beneficial, but attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.

• Some previous landscaping experience preferred
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Good knowledge of plants would be advantageous
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Able to work effectively as part of a small team
• Pride in delivering a high-quality finish
