To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate good level of written and verbal skills when communicating with your colleagues and the public. You should have proven horticultural skills, clear handwriting and be capable of carrying out work to a high level of accuracy. Teamwork and a good working knowledge of I.T. systems are desirable. You should have an understanding of HandS and C.O.S.H.H. risk assessments.
