Landscape Contracts Manager

Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for a Landscape Contracts Manager to get started on a temporary to permanent basis for a client of ours based in Addlestone Addlestone. Responsibilities Monitor and supervise ProjectsManage the planning and execution of landscape and groundwork contracts from inception to completionOversee multiple sites, ensuring adherence to design, safety, and quality standardsLead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specificationProvide technical input and problem-solving support across all stages of delivery Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfactionPrepare and review project documentation, reports, and cost forecasts Requirements Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager within landscaping, groundworks, or RC frame sectorsStrong technical understanding of high-end groundwork and hard landscaping processesExcellent leadership and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication skills with a client-focused approachCommercial awareness and financial control experienceProficient in Microsoft Office and project management software The Ideal Candidate SMSTS or SSSTS certification (essential)CSCS Managers Card (essential)Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (beneficial)Full UK Driving Licence (essential) Benefits ..... full job details .....
