Landscape Contracts Manager - mimimum 10 years experience in the landscaping sector Location: Southwest London Salary: Up to £55,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + 25 days holiday (including 5 days sick day after probation) + Pension Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Our clients are leaders in the design and construction of ultra-high-end residential gardens in West London and surrounding areas. They are seeking a proactive and experienced Landscape Contracts Manager to take ownership of the delivery of multiple luxury landscaping projects, ensuring excellence in execution, strong client communication, and rigorous cost and quality control. Role Overview You will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of live landscape construction projects, from pre-start through handover, managing site teams, subcontractors, client liaison, quality assurance, programme delivery, and cost management. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery and Site Coordination Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to specification. Translate design intent into deliverable construction methodologies and oversee implementation. Maintain and enforce exceptional quality standards on all sites, aligned with the brand.
