LandD Trainer (Workday) Rate - 500 (A day)Location - Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid)Duration - 6 Months (Initially)IR35 - Inside (Must use an umbrella company) We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Trainer / Instructional Designer to join our Workday implementation programme on an initial 6-month contract. This role will be dedicated to supporting the successful rollout of Workday as the organisation''s new HR platform.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning solutions that support end-user adoption across the business. This includes creating virtual and instructor-led training programmes, developing supporting learning materials, and ensuring colleagues have the knowledge and confidence to effectively use the new system.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programmes to support the implementation of Workday.Create engaging learning content for both virtual and classroom-based training environments.Conduct training needs analysis and work with key stakeholders to identify learning requirements.Develop a range of learning resources including: Training guides and manualsQuick reference guidesE-learning modulesProcess documentationUser support materialsVideo and digital learning contentFacilitate training sessions for end users, managers, HR teams, and other stakeholder groups.Support user adoption and change management activities throughout the Workday rollout.Gather ..... full job details .....
