This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development professional to design and deliver engaging learning solutions that support employee development, enhance organisational capability and contribute to a culture of continuous learning. Based in Portsmouth, paying circa £50,000. This is a full-time, office-based position offering the opportunity to make a real impact within a collaborative and forward-thinking business. What you''ll do: Design, develop and deliver engaging learning solutions across classroom, virtual and digital learning environments. Create high-quality learning content to support onboarding, compliance, technical skills and professional development. Partner with managers to identify learning needs and develop effective training programmes. Facilitate workshops, training sessions and development programmes for employees across the business. Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring learning records, reporting and compliance remain up to date. Produce learning reports and analyse data to support business decisions and identify development opportunities.
