LandD Regulator ManagerSalary: 40,000 - 50,000 DOEKettering We are currently recruiting for a Group LandD Regulatory Manager to take ownership of regulatory training and compliance across the business.This is a key role within the organisation, responsible for ensuring employees receive the required regulatory training while maintaining full compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.The RoleAs Group LandD Regulatory Manager, you will have direct responsibility for the company''s regulatory training requirements, including:CPC, First Aid, ADR and Fork-Lift training.Managing external training providers and regulatory audits.Liaising with regulatory bodies including DVSA and Qualifications Scotland.Developing and writing training programmes from start to finish.Managing the application and approval process with relevant governing bodies.Ensuring all training programmes meet current legislative and regulatory requirements.Monitoring training compliance and identifying areas for improvement.Providing direct line management and day-to-day supervision of the LandD Administration team.Maintaining accurate training records and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met across the business.About YouWe are looking for an experienced LandD, Training, Compliance or Regulatory professional with a strong background within the logistics and transport industry.You will ideally have:Previous experience managing regulatory training within logistics, transport or a related ..... full job details .....
