LandD Manager (Talent Development) London / WFH to £120k Opportunity to lead the design and delivery of innovative learning and leadership programmes across a global financial services organisation. As an LandD Manager you''ll partnering with business and HR leaders to create scalable, high impact development solutions that build critical capabilities, strengthen leadership effectiveness and support organisational growth. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you will design engaging learning experiences using digital, blended, experiential and AI enabled approaches. From identifying capability gaps and shaping learning strategies through to delivery, facilitation and impact measurement, you will drive programmes that deliver measurable business outcomes.
