This role could be your next big challenge! As LandD Manager, you will:Lead innovative LandD projects and programmes aligned with organisational and people strategic objectives. Focus on Leadership Development and Performance Management across the site.Manage a team of LandD Advisors.Oversee all aspects of LandD, from organisational needs analysis to delivery and evaluation, budget management, and development of learning systems, processes, and talent management.Drive employee engagement and wellbeing, talent management, leadership capability, and development-related initiatives.Ideally, the right candidate will be happy to work full time and be predominantly site based.
