LandD Lead - County Antrim - PermanentMCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation as they look to add a LandD Lead to their team, in this full-time, permanent opportunity.This role is perfect for an experienced LandD professional with deep sector knowledge and a passion for developing people beyond the traditional classroom.The role:You will take ownership of the learning agenda across both operational and leadership populations, shaping a development culture that supports a high-performing, safety-focused, and future-ready workforce.The main responsibilities:Deliver C-suite and leadership training programmes to develop senior leaders and site teams capabilities and build learning strategies aligned to project and organisational goals.Autonomy to research, implement and set up LMS.Leading graduate academy, ensuring their learning and progress.Design and deliver engaging leadership, technical, and behavioural development programmes tailored to this fast-paced environment.Provide coaching to managers at all levels, enhancing people leadership and team performance.Manage partnerships with colleges, and industry bodies to support early careers, apprenticeships, and professional development initiatives.Evaluate programme impact and continuously improve LandD offerings through data, feedback, and innovation.Champion a proactive learning culture that supports operational excellence and future talent pipelines.The ideal candidate:Proven experience in LandD ..... full job details .....
