Your new roleAs Capability and Skills Co-ordinator, you''ll provide vital administrative and coordination support across learning, development and Early Careers activities.Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining learning records and supporting the day-to-day administration of the Learning Management System. Coordinating training courses, development programmes and capability initiatives. Scheduling learning events, issuing invitations and monitoring attendance. Managing training logistics, including venue bookings, equipment, materials and refreshments. Supporting graduate and apprenticeship programmes, attraction activities and onboarding processes. Raising purchase orders, monitoring invoices and maintaining training expenditure records. Producing reports, metrics and management information to support decision-making.
