As a Coordinator you will provide a timely, effective and comprehensive support to the site Leadership team on site in all tasks relating to operational training.This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00. What you''ll do on a typical day:Achieve and exceed KPI targets by ensuring a strong pipeline of fully trained, competent DCOs to meet client demandDeliver and record all training activity accurately, ensuring information is accessible to all key site stakeholdersDefine, deliver, and maintain high-quality operational and legally compliant training for both operative and managerial levelsCreate and execute structured training plans to ..... full job details .....
