Learning and Development Coordinator - 6 Month FTCBased in Central London6-Month FTC to start late May / early June£45,000 FTE salaryA leading global consulting firm is seeking a proactive and highly organised Learning and Development Coordinator to join its collaborative LandD team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous LandD or training coordination experience to play a key role in delivering engaging learning programmes across the business. You''ll support the end-to-end coordination of training initiatives, liaise with internal stakeholders and external facilitators, manage learning communications and materials, and help ensure a seamless learner experience.What You''ll Do:Coordinating training sessions, bookings, tracking and feedbackManaging communications and dissemination of learning materialsSupporting training evaluation and reportingResearching training providers and maintaining data accuracyMonitoring the LandD inbox and responding to training requests efficientlyWho You Are: The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience within a Learning and Development or training environment, excellent organisational skills, and strong attention to detail.
